By accessing or using Strato Platform ("Strato", "the Service") operated by Soluciones Etech Corp ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Strato is an application security posture management (ASPM) platform that performs automated code security analysis, generates remediation recommendations, and produces compliance reports. The Service is available as a cloud-hosted SaaS platform and as a hybrid deployment for enterprise customers.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You may use Strato to scan code repositories that you own or have authorization to scan. You agree not to:
Strato Platform, including its software, AI models, knowledge base, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Soluciones Etech Corp. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.
Your code and data remain your property. We claim no ownership over source code you submit for scanning or over the repositories you connect.
Strato provides automated security analysis and code fix recommendations generated by artificial intelligence. These findings and recommendations are informational and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before implementation. We do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be detected or that recommended fixes will resolve all security issues. The Service is not a substitute for professional security audits or penetration testing.
We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.
Pricing for the Service is as described on our website or in your enterprise agreement. For self-service plans, fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. For enterprise plans, payment terms are defined in your contract. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In enterprise hybrid deployments, source code is processed on the customer's network. In cloud deployments, code is processed on Microsoft Azure infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soluciones Etech Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soluciones Etech Corp from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Panama City, Panama.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Strato es una plataforma de gestión de postura de seguridad de aplicaciones (ASPM) que realiza análisis automatizado de seguridad de código, genera recomendaciones de remediación y produce informes de cumplimiento. El Servicio está disponible como plataforma SaaS en la nube y como despliegue híbrido para clientes empresariales.
Debes proporcionar información precisa y completa al crear una cuenta. Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tus credenciales. Debes notificarnos inmediatamente sobre cualquier acceso no autorizado a tu cuenta.
Puedes usar Strato para escanear repositorios de código que posees o que tienes autorización para analizar. Aceptas no:
Strato Platform, incluyendo su software, modelos de IA, base de conocimiento, interfaz de usuario y documentación, es propiedad intelectual de Soluciones Etech Corp. El uso del Servicio no te otorga ningún derecho de propiedad.
Tu código y datos siguen siendo de tu propiedad. No reclamamos ninguna propiedad sobre el código fuente que envíes para escanear ni sobre los repositorios que conectes.
Strato proporciona análisis de seguridad automatizado y recomendaciones de corrección de código generadas por inteligencia artificial. Estos hallazgos y recomendaciones son informativos y deben ser revisados por personal calificado antes de su implementación. No garantizamos que todas las vulnerabilidades sean detectadas ni que las correcciones recomendadas resuelvan todos los problemas de seguridad. El Servicio no reemplaza auditorías de seguridad profesionales ni pruebas de penetración.
Buscamos mantener una alta disponibilidad del Servicio, pero no garantizamos acceso ininterrumpido. Podemos realizar mantenimientos programados con aviso previo razonable. No somos responsables por ningún tiempo de inactividad, pérdida de datos o daños resultantes de interrupciones del servicio.
Los precios del Servicio son los descritos en nuestro sitio web o en tu acuerdo empresarial. Para planes de autoservicio, los cargos se facturan mensual o anualmente por adelantado. Para planes empresariales, los términos de pago se definen en tu contrato. Nos reservamos el derecho de cambiar los precios con 30 días de aviso.
Tu uso del Servicio también está regido por nuestra Política de Privacidad. En despliegues híbridos empresariales, el código fuente se procesa en la red del cliente. En despliegues en la nube, el código se procesa en la infraestructura de Microsoft Azure con cifrado en reposo y en tránsito.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Soluciones Etech Corp no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, incluyendo pérdida de ganancias, datos u oportunidades de negocio, que surjan del uso del Servicio. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamación derivada de estos Términos no excederá el monto que hayas pagado por el Servicio en los 12 meses anteriores a la reclamación.
Aceptas indemnizar y mantener indemne a Soluciones Etech Corp de cualquier reclamación, daño o gasto que surja de tu uso del Servicio, tu violación de estos Términos o tu violación de los derechos de un tercero.
Podemos suspender o terminar tu acceso al Servicio si violas estos Términos. Puedes cancelar tu cuenta en cualquier momento. Al terminar, tu derecho a usar el Servicio cesa inmediatamente. Las disposiciones que por su naturaleza deban sobrevivir a la terminación lo harán.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Panamá. Cualquier disputa derivada de estos Términos será resuelta en los tribunales de la Ciudad de Panamá, Panamá.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos periódicamente. El uso continuado del Servicio después de publicar los cambios constituye la aceptación de los Términos actualizados.
